Im Gegensatz zur plumpen Ueberraschung spektakul\u00e4rer Bauformen w\u00e4re Suspense vielleicht der pr\u00e4zise Einsatz architektonischer Mittel, um eine bestimmte Wirkung im Betrachter auszul\u00f6sen. Wie im Film, braucht es auch in der Architektur Meisterschaft, um Suspense zu erzielen und nicht bloss Surprise. F\u00fcr diese Publikation baten wir sechs junge praktizierende Architektinnen und Architekten, sich ein Geb\u00e4ude auszuw\u00e4hlen, das sie besch\u00e4ftigt, vielleicht sogar gepr\u00e4gt hat. Sie sollten den Entwerfer oder die Entwerferin des Geb\u00e4udes treffen und ein langes Gespr\u00e4ch dar\u00fcber f\u00fchren. Entlockt ihm seine Intensionen, seine Kniffe, forderten wir sie auf, vielleicht ein Geheimnis. Das Lob der Wettbewerbsjury des Standpunkte Magazins: \u00abDie Jury h\u00e4lt das eingereichte Konzept f\u00fcr schl\u00fcssig und spannungsvoll. Die Begegnung von jung und alt, beziehungsweise unbekannt und bekannt in Interviews er\u00f6ffnet neue Blickwinkel und entspricht einem Grundanliegen von Standpunkte. Durch das Element des Schwarzbalkens wird die vergleichsweise simple Versuchsanordnung, in Frage und Antwort, neu interpretiert.
